SURKU & GENTA (Kingrafix) "BROWN SUGER" Hoodie.
As autumn deepened, GENTA invited me to do something.
It was decided at that point what I would like to draw.
It's "D' Angelo" after all. The two opinions are linked.
The appearance of D'Angelo was a shock to our generation, and his singing voice and sense were of course invaluable in many scenes, helping to create a variety of different scenes.
So when we talked about how we should draw it, the answer was, "It has to be from that BROWN SUGER music video."
I decided on my favorite scene with a "Ah, that's it! That's awesome!" and quickly completed it with the GENTA brush case while my excitement was still high.
The original artwork was given to us at the main store of SURKU CAFE, and we wanted to share it with everyone, so we turned it into a hoodie. We printed it so big that even the print shop would be suspicious.
There would be nothing more satisfying than if the stars of our generation and the younger generation would take this opportunity to check out our work and have it capture their hearts.
