The Cazal Mod. 644 is a sophisticated unisex model that debuted in the early 1990s and embodies the perfect blend of style and sophistication. Legendary designer and former Cazal L chief designer Cari Zalloni was a huge fan of this model and would wear it privately. This classic model has been reinterpreted in new, modern colorways.
Its unique oval and round shape creates a sense of luxury and elegance that sets it apart from other Cazal designs.

Born in Athens in 1937, Cari Zalloni studied architecture at the prestigious Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. After that, she designed furniture, ceramics, crystal glass, chandeliers, and other items. However, she gradually became interested in eyewear, and began designing for major eyewear brands. In 1975, she launched her own eyewear brand, named "CAZAL," which she coined from her own name, and made its debut at the Optica exhibition in Karlsruhe, Germany, that same year.
